Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of this platform. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

- User — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
- Account — a registered profile created by a User to access protected features of the Platform.
- Content — all text, video, audio, images, documents, data, and any other materials made available through the Platform.
- Subscription — a paid or free access plan granting specific rights to use Platform features for a defined period.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account, completing a purchase, attending a webinar, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with the company under these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account or make any purchase on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users who are minors may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify the company immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. The company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Account Sharing
Accounts are issued to individual users and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Each Account must be used exclusively by the registered individual. Simultaneous use of the same Account from multiple devices or locations may result in access restrictions or Account suspension.
5. Use of the Platform
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes, unless a separate written agreement permits otherwise. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not, under any circumstances:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its underlying systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Platform.
- Upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform's infrastructure or servers.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or Platform representative.
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or advertisements.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its Content without authorization.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to course materials, webinar recordings, graphics, logos, software, and instructional text, is the exclusive property of the company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over Platform Content.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include the right to download, record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any live or recorded session unless expressly permitted in writing.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or transmit any content through the Platform, including comments, questions, or files, you grant the company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Webinars and Live Sessions
7.1 Session Access
Access to specific webinars or live sessions may be subject to separate registration, payment, or eligibility requirements. Registered participants receive access solely for personal, non-commercial viewing.
7.2 Recording Prohibition
Unless expressly authorized, you are prohibited from recording, streaming, broadcasting, or capturing any live session in any format. Violation of this provision may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.
7.3 Session Availability
The company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of live sessions. Sessions may be rescheduled, cancelled, or modified due to technical issues, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances. Where sessions are cancelled, the company will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.
7.4 Participant Conduct
During live sessions, you agree to communicate respectfully and professionally. The company reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
8.1 Fees
Certain features and content are available only upon payment. All fees are stated on the relevant purchase page and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. The company reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle for existing subscribers.
8.2 Billing
You authorize the company to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and current.
8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in writing.
8.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms stated at the time of purchase. In the absence of a stated refund policy, refunds are not guaranteed. The company will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet stated criteria.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. The company does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that party.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The company does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be available at all times or operate without interruption or error.
- Any Content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific purpose.
- Results achieved through use of the Platform will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to the company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your submission of any content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
The company may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
15. Modifications to the Platform
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or portion of the Platform at any time without notice or liability. The company is not obligated to maintain any particular feature or continue offering any specific service.
16. Governing Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Waiver
Failure by the company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the company to be effective.
